TEALIGHT CANDLE MOLDING MACHINES
Tealight candle molding machines can be designed with 8 rows mold. There is pin in mold tube center. Candle mold quantity are designed according to candle dimension and drawing.
Candle mold are produced by stainless steel tube stretched and polished, the mold are smooth surface, corrosion resistant, fast cooling and seamless.
Working process:
Preparation: Put candle machine on flat ground. Connect cold water. In the meantime, put paraffin wax into wax melting machine, turn on until the wax temperature reach 100 Celsius. Pour liquid wax 100 Celsius into wax bucket, let it cool down to 80-90 Celsius for pouring.
Working: First set pin up position with mold tube. Pour wax. When wax liquid become half solid, remove excess wax. When wax liquid in candle mold tube completely solidified, set down pin and rotate hand wheel to lift cross rail, candle come out of mold tube. Take away the finished candle. Continue with the same process for next pouring. Candle wick will be inserted by manual.
