CANDLE DRAWING MACHINES
Candle drawing machines are designed for producing birthday candles. The machine include wax string drawing, titanium coating, water cooling, cutting & shaping. The machine cutting & shaping part are PLC controlled with high precision, it can adjust candle length and shaping angle automatically.
Working process: Firstly wick strung on frames are repeatedly dipped and drawed into wax and then cooled by water and air. Wax string become thicker every cycle till requested thickness. Waxed string run to cutting & shaping part and finally birthday candle comes out.
Both spiral birthday candle and straight birthday candle can be produced. Candle printing and metallic lacquering can be done in further process.
