CANDLE DRAWING MACHINES
Candle drawing machine is designed for producing birthday candles. The machine include wax strand drawing frame, titanium coating tank, water cooling pipe, main machine for cutting & milling. The machine cutting & milling part is PLC controlled with high precision, it can adjust candle length and shaping angle automatically.
Working process: Firstly wick thread is strung on the frames, an wick cord in circuits repeatedly dip and draw into wax tank with a growing diameter. The wick strand become hard and thicker every cycle till requested thickness. The wick strand get cooled by air and cold water during the production process. Then the wick strand is cut to the desired length and milling part shape the candle head. Finally finished birthday candles come out.
The paraffin wax composition for producing birthday candles is suggested to be as much flexible as possible. The birthday candles produced by the machine will be pliable and tough quality. The birthday candle can be produced with stick shape and various spiral shape. It can be solid colored or color-dipped. Candle printing and metallic lacquering can be done in further process.
