Wick cutting machines are used for cutting waxed wicks to desired length at the same time inserting and crimping into pre-sorted sustainers. The machine adopts mechanic and electric technology and are equipped with output counting. The wick can be adjusted to different length. Different wick sustainers can be processed.
Working process: Waxed wicks and metal sustainers are delivered simutaneously to the corrected position, then wick cutting, wick and wick sustainer mounting occur.
The finished tabbed wicks are suitable for manual insertion in candle blanks.
