WICK INSERTING MACHINES
Wick inserting machines are also called wicking machines. They are used for gluing the mounted wicks into jar containers. Wicking quantity are multiple, it can be single wick, double wicks, three wicks, four wicks. Wick length and sustainer size can be adjusted.
Working process: Waxed wicks and metal sustainers are delivered simutaneously to the correct position, then wick cutting, wick and wick sustainer crimping occur, then glue spraying onto sustainer and the rod take the glued wicks into jar containers.
The wicked jar will go for filling process. The machine can connect with candle filling line to realize fully automatic container candle production.
