SEMI AUTOMATIC CANDLE FILLING LINE
Semi automatic candle fulling line are suitable for jar candle production. The machine consists of pushing, filling nozzle, filling box, conveyor belt, wax melting box, smoothing box and distribution box. The machine is suitable for candle vessel within diameter 110 mm and height 250 mm.
Working process: Liquid wax are pumped into filling head by heat resistant pump inside wax tank. Liquid wax flow between filling head and wax tank circularly. When vessel on the conveyor move to the bottom of filling head, optical sensor detect them and start filling wax. Liquid wax volume can be adjusted and set by timer on control box. Heating oil are used in the interlayer of filling head and wax tank. There is VFD (variable frequency drive) on the machine to control the working speed.
The candle vessel are carried on pushing plate by manual, filling are automatic controlled. The machine is flexible and convenient to operate.
