PILLAR CANDLE ROTARY PRESSING MACHINES
Pillar candle rotary pressing machines are classified into three types according to candle sizes. Small type produce candle within diameter 2 inch and height 4 inch, medium type produce candle within diameter 3 inch and height 6 inch, large type produce candle within diameter 4 inch and height 9 inch.
Working process: First load paraffin wax powder into hopper, wax powder flow into cavity during machine rotating, the upper and lower punches simutaneously press up and down, candle blanks pressed out with a center hole inside the candle and pushed to conveyor belt by punching head.
The machine can press different types of candles by changing cavities and molds. Both upper and lower punches are settled with heating section and the plate are settled with heating belt. Heating device assures smooth surface of the candle. The upper punch can be customized with carved patterns for producing carved candle.
The machine work can together with automatic wax powder loading device.
