Household candle molding machines with 2 rows mold, experienced worker can operate 8 sets machines per time. 6-8 rows mold, experienced worker can operate 3 sets machines per time. 6-12 rows with aluminum alloy candle clamp, experienced worker can operate 4 sets machines per time. 6-10 rows mold with rubber candle clamp, experienced worker can operate 4 sets machines per time. Candle mold quantity are designed according to candle dimension and drawing.
Candle mold are produced by stainless steel tube stretched and polished, the mold are smooth surface, corrosion resistant, fast cooling and seamless.
Working process:
Preparation: Put candle machine on flat ground, rotate the hand wheel to lift cross rail to machine level, thread the wick and drop cross rail to the lowest. Connect cold water. In the meantime, put paraffin wax into wax melting machine, turn on until the wax temperature reach 100 Celsius. Pour liquid wax 100 Celsius into wax bucket, let it cool down to 80-90 Celsius for pouring.
Working: Place candle holding dish in the slot on the locating plate. Hang the wick in the serrate slot of candle holding plate. Pour wax. When wax liquid become half solid, cut off the wick, remove candle holding plate, remove excess wax. When wax liquid in candle mold tube completely solidified, rotate hand wheel to lift cross rail to push candle off the mold tube. Put on candle holding plate to store the finished candle. Continue with the same process for next pouring.
