FULLY AUTOMATIC TEALIGHT CANDLE PRESSING LINE
Fully automatic tealight candle pressing line consists of tealight candle rotary pressing machine, tealight cup sorting machine, wicking and cupping assembly machine, tealight blank conveyor, tealight cup conveyor, finished tealight candle conveyor. The production line can complete process of tealight blanks outputting, wicking and cupping till finished tealight candles. Candle height and weight can be adjusted.
Working process: First load paraffin wax powder into hopper, wax powder flow into cavity during machine rotating, the upper and lower punches simutaneously press up and down, candle blanks pressed out with a center hole inside the candle and pushed to conveyor belt by punching head. Then tealight blanks and tealight cups simutaneously go to correct postion for wicking & cupping. The finished tealight candles will go directly for packing process.
