FULLY AUTOMATIC CANDLE FILLING LINE
Fully automatic candle filling line can automatically complete process from placing vessel, transmission, pre-heating vessel, filling, smoothing surface and cooling liquid wax until finished container candles.
Working process: First candle wicks are crimped and glued onto vessel and then vessel are transported to turntable. Turntable take a certain quantity of vessel to the front of pushing plate and vessel are in a certain distance row by row. Pushing plate push the vessel on the conveyor for filling. Filling occurs when vessel reach filling head and sensor detect them. Wax cool down on the conveyor. Finished candle go for packing process finally.
