CANDLE STAMP PRESSING MACHINES

Candle stamp pressing machines are used for producing pillar candles and ball candles. The machine adopts hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical combination, at the same time operate with PLC programming and touch screen panel. The machine can complete fully automatic process of wax feeding, biodirectional balanced docking extruding, wicking and finished candle outputting. The machine can be connected with color overdipping machines to complete process of automatic color overdipping and candle bottom ironing. The machine rounding part has round trimming function which is specially designed for ball candles.

Working process: First load paraffin wax powder into hopper, wax powder flow into cavity, the upper and lower punches simutaneously press up and down, candle blanks pressed out with wick inserted and cutted during extruding, the machine then grab candle to down position, then transport them to overdipping part for pre-dipping, color dipping, liquid dipping, bottom iron, till finished candle.

The finished candles are stable quality with uniform appearance and color.
