Candle filling machines standard type are PLC programming controlled quantitative filling. It can start working by setting the requested wax quantity on screen panel. There are single nozzle and double nozzle two options. Double nozzle filling can be choosed for candle filling without fragrance. For fragranced candle filling, single nozzle filling can be choosed and the other nozzle are settled for fragrance.
For scented candle filling, the fragrance are stored separately from wax. Fragrance combine with liquid wax inside the pistol before filling into container. It can avoid fragrance loss into air and greatly protect fragrance filling precision. The light sensor detector can be added to realize automatic filling.
