FULLY AUTOMATED FILLING PRODUCTION LINES FOR TEALIGHT CANDLES
Fully automated filling production line for tealight candle consists of tealight cup sorting machine, tealight wick inserting machine, tealight cup pushing device, wax filling device, conveyor belt, cooling device, distribution box. The filling line is controlled by PLC. It can automatically complete process from tealight cup sorting, transmission, pre-heating, filling, surface smoothing and wax cooling until finished tealight candles.
Tealight filling line can fill all types wax such as paraffin wax, palm wax, soy wax, beeswax, coconut wax, etc. Different colors and fragrances can be produced simultaneously. The tealight cup can be aluminum cup, plastic cup, glass cup, etc. The filling line is with high filling accuracy which assures precise dosing. Besides tealight candle filling production, the filling machine can also be customized for over pouring for pressed tealights.
Working process: The liquid wax is pumped into filling head by heat resistant pump inside wax tank. The liquid wax flow between filling head and wax tank circularly. When tealight cup on the conveyor move to the bottom of filling head, optical sensor detect them and start filling wax. The liquid wax volume can be adjusted and set by timer on control box. Heat transfer oil is settled in the interlayer of filling head and wax tank to keep wax insulated. There is VFD (variable frequency drive) on the machine to control the working speed.
Tealight filling line can be customized according to tealight candle specification, capacity, workshop space, etc.
