WAX MELTING MACHINES
Wax melting machine consist of wax tank, heating element, distribution box. It is used for heating and melting liquid wax such as paraffin wax, soy wax, palm wax, coconut wax, beeswax, stearic acid of candle material into liquid wax and keep insulation of the wax at constant temperature. The wax melter tank is constructed with strong and durable stainless steel. The wax melter tank can be customized to different volumes such as 300 kg, 500 kg, 1000 kg, 1200 kg, etc. The wax melting machine is heated by electric via heat conductive oil in the jacket. The wax mixer on the machine can achieve even distribution of temperature and color of the wax solution. The wax mixer, wax pumper, wax tank cover, trolley can be added according to requirement. It is suitable for candle production with wax usage several tons per day.
To realize large wax capacity, the wax melting machines can operate with heat conductive oil furnace. Usually one set furnace can connect with 3-4 sets wax melting tanks. It is suitable for fully automatic candle production with wax usage dozens of tons per day.
