WAX PROCESSING MACHINES
Wax processing is the first step for candle making. Wax processing machines include wax melting machines and wax powdering machines.
Wax melting machine is used for heating and melting liquid wax such as paraffin wax, soy wax, palm wax, coconut wax, beeswax, stearic acid of candle material into liquid wax and keep insulation of the wax at constant temperature. Wax melting machines can be customized to square and round wax melt tanks with customized sizes. The wax melting tank is heated by electric via heat conductive oil in the jacket. To match with fully automatic mass candle production, heat conductive oil furnace can be connected with several wax melting tanks to realize fast melting and large wax capacity requirement. The wax mixer, wax pumper, wax tank cover, trolley, etc can be added depending on the application.
Wax powdering machine is used for spraying liquid wax such as paraffin wax, palm wax, stearic acid of candle material into powder wax. There are wax powder spraying chamber and wax powder spraying drum two types. Wax powder spraying chamber is in-house production and high capacity. The machine height can be customized to 6 meters, 7 meters, 8 meters and 9 meters and the output is different from 600 kg to 1000 kg per hour. Wax powder spraying drum is processed via water-cooled drum. The machine is less area occupation, less energy consumption and convenient operation.
