SEMI AUTOMATED FILLING PRODUCTION LINES FOR PILLAR CANDLES, RUSTIC CANDLES, FRAGRANCED CANDLES, GLASS CANDLES, WAX TARTS
Semi automated filling production line can produce pillar candles, rustic candles, fragranced candles, glass candles, wax tarts. The production line consists of container pushing device, wax filling device, conveyor belt, cooling device, distribution box. The filling line is controlled by PLC. It can automatically complete process from container pushing, pre-heating, filling, wax surface smoothing and wax cooling until finished container candles.
The candle filling line can fill all types wax such as paraffin wax, palm wax, soy wax, beeswax, coconut wax, etc. Different colors and fragrances can be produced simultaneously. The candle container material can be glass, plastic, metallic, terracotta, etc. The filling line is with high filling accuracy which assures precise dosing. It is suitable for candle container within diameter 110 mm and height 250 mm.
Working process: Different as the fully automated filling production line, the containers are wicked and placed on the pushing device by manual. The following filling process are the same as fully automated filling line. The pushing plate push the container onto the conveyor for filling process. When the container on the conveyor move to the bottom of filling head, optical sensor detect them and start filling wax. The wax filled container cool down on the conveyor. Finally the finished glass container candle go for packing process.
Pillar candles, votive candles and rustic candles are automatically filled and cooled in individual forms of aluminum or plastic. Subsequently the molded blanks are removed from the forms, milled at both ends, provided with a drilling hole, wicked, labeled and packaged. Wax tarts does not need wicking, the fragrance and the color are important factor for wax tars.
The fragranced candle and glass candle can also be wicked by manual and be carried on the pushing plate by manual, the wax filling is automaticly controlled. The candle can be single wicks and multiple wicks. The machine is flexible and convenient to operate.
The semi automated candle filling line can be customized according to candle specification, capacity, workshop space, etc.
