This type rotary pressing machine is designed to produce tealights, votive candles, small pillar candles, floating candles in large quantities. The machine can automatically complete process of wax powder supplying, feeding, extruding and candle wax blanks outputting. The finished candle blanks are smooth surface, uniform density and free of burrs. Weight and length of the candles can be variably set during production. The machine can process colored and scented wax powder.
Working process: Firstly wax powder are feeded into hopper, wax powder flow into the cavity as the machine rotates, the upper and lower punches press the up and down ends of the cavity at the same time. The candle blank is pressed out with a center hole inside the candle and the candle blank is pushed to the conveyor belt by punching head.
The machine can connect with fully automatic pressing line to realize mass production.
