ROTARY PRESSING MACHINES FOR PILLAR CANDLES
This type rotary pressing machine is designed to produce pillar candles with small capacity. The machine can automatically complete the process of feeding wax powder, pressing wax powder into candle blanks and pushing out the finished candle blanks. Both upper and lower punches are settled with heating section and the working plate is settled with heating belt. The heating device guarantees smooth surface of the candle wax blanks. The machine can process colored and scented wax powder.
Working process: Firstly load the wax powder into hopper, wax powder flow into the cavity as the machine rotates, the upper and lower punches press the up and down ends of the cavity at the same time. The candle blank is pressed out with a center hole inside the candle and the candle blank is pushed to the conveyor belt by the tamping rod.
The machine is very fexible for various types of pillar candle making. It can press different types of pillar candles by changing cavities and molds. The upper punch can be customized with carved pattern, and the candles pressed out are with customized carved pattern.
According to pillar candle size, the rotary pressing machines are designed into three models. The small size pillar candle machine is designed to produce candle within diameter 2 inch and height 4 inch, medium size pillar candle machine is designed to produce candle within diameter 3 inch and height 6 inch, large size pillar candle machine is designed to produce candle within diameter 4 inch and height 9 inch.
The machine can work together with automatic wax powder loading device to realize fully automatic wax feeding.
