FULLY AUTOMATED STAMP PRESSING LINES WITH COLOR-OVERDIPPING MACHINES FOR PILLAR CANDLES, VOTIVES, FLOATINGS, BALL CANDLES
Fully automated stamp pressing line adopts hydraulic press with wick inserting and color-overdipping machine for producing pillar candles, votive candles, floating candles, ball candles, and other special shape candles. The machine adopts hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical combination, at the same time operate with PLC programming and touch screen panel. The machine can complete fully automatic process of wax feeding, biodirectional balanced docking extruding, wicking and finished candle outputting. The advanced powder feeding system ensures the exact dosing of paraffin pressed into each mold, provides a high repeat precision and reduces manufacturing costs.
The color-overdipping machine process automatic color overdipping and candle bottom ironing. The machine rounding part has round trimming function which is specially designed for ball candles.
Working process: Firstly paraffin wax powder are feeded into hopper, wax powder flow into cavity, the upper and lower punches press the up and down ends of the cavity at the same time, candle blanks pressed out with wick inserted and cutted during extruding. The stamp press machine deliver the pressed candles with wicks onto a conveyor belt. The color-overdipping machine grasps the candles by their wicks and dips them into colored wax. The overdipping machine process the pre-dipping, color dipping, liquid dipping, bottom iron, till finished candle. The finished candles are stable quality with uniform appearance and color.
