FULLY AUTOMATED EXTRUDER PRESSING MACHINES FOR PILLAR CANDLES, CHURCH CANDLES AND CYLINDRICAL HOUSEHOLD CANDLES
Fully automatic extruder press machine adopts hydraulic extruder press, use paraffin powder or grannules as material for manufacturing endless candle strands. The candle strands are subsequently converted into pillar candles, church candles, cylindrical household candles or taper candles by cutting units and milling machines. The machine adopts plunger hydraulic system, PLC programming and frequency control of motor speed. The whole equipment runs stably and reliably. The machine can automatically complete whole process of wax feeding, extruding, wicking, cutting and trimming. The colored wax plates can be processed for solid-colored candles.
Working process: The machine adopts reciprocating motion of piston to realize extruding operation. Firstly paraffin wax are feeded into hopper, piston move forward and extrude the wax into candle strands (with wick), then piston move backward for wax feeding and repeat extruding process. The rotating cutting knife cuts the strand produced by the press into pieces with a certain length that can be adjusted on the touch panel. The candles then are delivered to 1-fold, 2-fold milling machine and get their head and base shaped. The finished candle have smooth surface. Candle shape can be cylindrial, fluted, tapered, etc. The candle top and tail shape can be customized.
