Flexible semi-automatic candle filling machine is PLC programming controlled quantitative filling machine. The filling volume is settled on the PLC panel. There is single nozzle filling and double nozzle filling two options. The machine can fill all types wax such as paraffin wax, palm wax, soy wax, beeswax, coconut wax, etc. The machine can fill candle wax with different colors and fragrances.
Machine operation
connect the inlet and outlet hose to the pump
connect the filling nozzle
pour water or heat transfer oil into the jacket of the wax melting tank
connect the power
test the wax dispensing machine with oil
Machine adjustment
set up the filling volume and interval time
test the dispensing volume to adjust the calibration
Attention
before turn on the machine, pour water or heat transfer oil into the heating jacket and connect the filter and wire
turn on the machine, using the pump reversing function to empty the bubble in the tube to make sure the tube is not stocked. then it can be used normally
after finishing work, use the pump reversing function to empty the tube and pump as well
