CANDLE WICK WAXING MACHINES
Candle wick waxing machine is small type wax drawing machine for coating waxes on raw wick threads. The machine has automatic temperature control function and it is safe in wax melting process. The machine running speed is controlled by main motor. It is fully automatic and high efficient. The finished wicks have smooth surface and good roundness.
Working process: Firstly raw wicks are wrapped onto the drums and dipped into wax melter tank. After several times waxing, cooling, re-waxing and re-cooling of cotton threads with different thickness, the wax coated wicks reached the desired thickness and are reeled onto drums. The finished waxed wicks can be further processed in wick cutting, wick crimping, wick inserting, or directly be used in fully automatic candle production line.
