CANDLE WICK INSERTING MACHINES
Candle wick inserting machine is used for gluing and inserting the mounted candle wicks into jar containers. The machine can automatically gluing and centering multiple wicks including single wick, double wicks, three wicks, four wicks. The container size, wick and sustainer configuration is set by PLC panel.
Working process: Firstly the waxed wick and metal sustainer is delivered to the correct position, then the wick goes through sustainer and is cutted to the correct length, at the same time wick and wick sustainer crimps together. After that the assembled wick with sustainer is rotated to the gluing pistol for gluing. Simutaneously the glued wick with sustainer and the glass jar reach to the wicking position. The rotation rod carry the glued candle wick and insert into the center of glass jar.
The wicked glass jar will be used for wax filling process. The wicking machine can connect with candle filling line to realize fully automatic container candle production.
The wick inserting machine is suitable for wicking tealight candles, glass candles, fragranced candles and other container candles. Irrespective wicking an individual wick or multiple wicks, we customize the wicking machine depending on different specifications of container, wick and sustainer.
