CANDLE WICK CUTTING MACHINES PNEUMATIC TYPE
Candle wick cutting machine is used for cutting waxed wicks to desired length at the same time inserting and crimping the cutted wick into pre-sorted sustainers. The machine is equipped with output counter. The wick length can be set to different length as required. Different wick sustainers can be processed.
Working process: Firstly the waxed wick is threaded into the wick nozzle from back side rotated wick roll, at the same time metal wick sustainer is pre-sorted. When the wick sustainer run to the correct position, the wick is inserted into the sustainer, simutaneously the sustainer is crimped and the wick is cutted. Finally the mounted wick with sustainer is completed and drops to the wick slot.
The tabbed candle wicks are suitable for manual insertion in candle blanks with wick hole such as tealight candles, pillar candles, rustic candles, or they can be glue into containers for subsequent filling with wax for glass candle making.
